It is usually recommended to contact us with any queries you may have regarding our items before placing an order because of the costs involved with returning products.

Unless otherwise stated, all items are brand new and still under the original manufacturer’s guarantee. If there is a problem with your purchase, you must get in touch with the maker immediately. Any claims for lost or broken items must be made within two business days of the order’s delivery.

Without Xtreme Reload’s express written permission, we cannot accept returns. To initiate a return, please get in touch with us. Without an RMA number, we cannot accept any returns. Ammunition and guns are final sale.

Return Requirements:

  • Within 14 days of receiving your order, you can return it for a full refund.
  • All returned, denied, undelivered, or abandoned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.Please include your RMA number on the outside of the package or on the receipt that was included with your order. DO NOT affix labels, write on, or otherwise attempt to return your item in simply the manufacturer’s box. All return shipping costs, including insurance, are the responsibility of the client. Please get in touch with the delivery service if your shipment fails to arrive or arrives damaged.
